How It Started
Rae’s Salted Sweets began in a tiny New York City apartment kitchen with a craving for a cranberry, almond, and white chocolate cookie from home. When I couldn’t find one anywhere, I decided to try baking it myself.
The first batch wasn’t perfect, but my roommates loved them anyway. Watching people gather in the kitchen for “just one more cookie” sparked something I didn’t expect, a love for baking and the way good food brings people together.
What started with one homemade cookie turned into years of experimenting, tweaking recipes, and baking for friends and family. Today, Rae’s Salted Sweets focuses on small batch cookies with bold flavor, balanced sweetness, and a few unexpected twists.
